1. Authorization to Act on Behalf

By signing or electronically agreeing to this waiver, the Client (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Client") grants JLincoln LLC full authorization and consent to use your personal and/or business information to act on your behalf solely for the purposes of:

• Filing and registering Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) or Corporations
• Obtaining an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS
• Preparing and filing trademark applications
• Submitting any other documents or forms required for legal business formation, compliance, or operation, as directed by the Client

This authorization includes submitting electronic or paper documents to local, state, and federal agencies and using your personal and business information as needed to carry out the services you have retained JLincoln LLC to perform.

2. Consent to Use of Personal and Business Information

• JLincoln LLC may collect and use your personal and business information for the sole purpose of fulfilling the business services you have requested.
• This information may include your full name, Social Security Number (SSN), Employer Identification Number (EIN), address, phone number, email address, business details, and any other required identifying information.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Your personal and business information will not be sold, rented, traded, or otherwise disclosed to third parties for marketing or non-service-related purposes.
• It will only be shared with government agencies, service providers, or platforms as necessary to complete your filings and registrations.
• It will be stored and handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and best practices.

4. Client Responsibility

You confirm that all information you provide to JLincoln LLC is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge. JLincoln LLC is not liable for errors or delays arising from false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the Client.

5. Voluntary Agreement

• You are acting voluntarily and not under duress or coercion.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to the contents of this waiver.
• You authorize JLincoln LLC to act in accordance with this waiver to complete your requested services.
